What manifests in the natural flows from the spiritual DNA God embedded in the land (Psalm 139:15–16; Jeremiah 1:5). Delaware carries a pioneering mantle — first to ratify covenant, first to align with divine order, first to lead in formation and foundation.
Your state bird, the Blue Hen, carries deep prophetic weight. During the Revolutionary War, Delaware soldiers from Kent County carried fighting cocks from a famous blue hen. These birds were renowned for their fierce courage. The regiment became known as the "Blue Hen's Chickens" for their valiant fighting spirit. Delaware, you are called to pioneer with warrior boldness — not in the flesh alone, but in the Spirit as we are contending for righteousness and breaking through enemy lines (Ephesians 6:10–12; 2 Timothy 2:3–4).
In every generation God raises nations with kingly mantles to influence others: Egypt preserved the world through Joseph (Genesis 41–47); Babylon served as His instrument of judgment (Jeremiah 25:9); Persia released restoration through Cyrus (Isaiah 44:28–45:1). America has carried the mantle of spiritual freedom, gospel advancement, and aid to nations. By praying for America we pray for the world.
"I looked for someone among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found no one." Delaware and every people group within your borders — we pray you enter your Jubilee. Do not miss your visitation in this season of automatic release.
As Africans and global intercessors, we stand as midwives. America is pregnant for revival or judgment. There is a window of opportunity. We repent for every door opened through incrementalism: abortion (millions of innocent lives taken), sexual immorality, gender confusion, corruption, and every abomination. We see current protests, immigration debates, and political tensions not merely at face value but as spiritual rage (Acts 4:25–26). The enemy uses surface issues as cover for deeper agendas against righteousness. We refuse to let new doors open that would bind generations in judgment. The church must arise with kingdom mindset above personal or partisan interests.
Raising the 12: Teams in Every Sphere for Revival and Reformation in Delaware and America
Revival and reformation are not miracles but strategies. God will not come where He is not prepared for and invited. Therefore, we not only pray but take practical actions that reflect our prayers (Matthew 3:8). In Week 1 we prepared our personal lives, Week 2 our families, Week 3 people groups, and this Week 4 (June 4–10) we focus on raising the priesthood teams in every sphere, county, state, nation, and continent. We present the remnant harvest (Joel 2:1–12; Acts 26:13–20).
The Raising the 12 Project concerns a new priesthood: people willing to be discipled into what God is doing (John 5:17, 19), answering the call of the hour (Ezekiel 22:30), networking the remnants, embracing new wineskins, and walking the Nazarite separation for God. Jesus shifted the priesthood from Levi to the order of Melchizedek. He bypassed trained Pharisees and Sadducees, restarting with fishermen. The coming revival and reformation in the USA will be championed by the nameless and insignificant in human eyes (1 Corinthians 1:25–27).
Hebrews 7:12 declares that a change in priesthood changes the law of the land. Anti-biblical laws in the USA can change because laws are spiritual (Romans 7–8). They reflect the nature and character of the people in every state and the nation. Before Israel entered Canaan, a new force was recruited and discipled from every tribe (Numbers 1; Deuteronomy). Jesus had His 12, Abraham 318 trained men, Moses 70. The harvest is plentiful; we ask for laborers. Many events will climax the Jubilee, 250 years, and independence celebrations — but what follows events matters most. Nations transform through strategies, not events alone.
We must pray and strategize to disciple youth in schools and colleges and people in all spheres of society in every state. This aligns with building after the 50 days.
Current Family Status of Delaware Compared to the Nation's Founding
At America's founding, families in Delaware and the colonies were largely intact, biblically oriented nuclear units centered on marriage between one man and one woman, child-rearing, faith, and community. Divorce was rare and stigmatized, abortion widely condemned, and same-sex marriage or gender confusion unrecognized as legitimate. Families reflected covenantal stability under God's design, supporting the moral foundations of the new republic.
Today in Delaware, families face fragmentation. The crude divorce rate stands around 2.6 per 1,000 population, matching or slightly above national averages in recent data. Marriage rates are relatively low. Single-parent households, cohabitation, and blended families are common. Delaware legalized same-sex marriage in 2013 (11th state), with thousands of licenses issued since; in recent census data, it shows one of the higher proportions of same-sex married households.
Abortion remains accessible; Delaware reports hundreds annually, contributing to national figures where daily abortions number in the thousands. Gender confusion influences education and policy, challenging biblical family definitions.
Discipling families today occurs mainly through secular influences: public schools, media, entertainment, and government programs promoting progressive values. Church influence has waned amid rising "nones." Changes in families — from stable, faith-centered units to diverse, often unstable structures with higher individualism — have led to generational trauma, economic strain, fatherlessness, and weakened social fabric in Delaware and America. These practices contradict Genesis 1–2, Matthew 19, and Psalm 127/139.
When foundations are broken (Psalm 11:3), the righteous must arise: rebuild through discipleship, prayer, strategic mentoring of youth, marriage strengthening, and cultural engagement. Practical steps include family altars, community programs, school involvement, and advocacy for biblical policies.

Revolutionary War Role
First State — provided key troops ("Delaware Blues"), Caesar Rodney's famous midnight ride for the independence vote. In the "second revolutionary war" against spiritual captivity, Delaware must lead again: first to ratify reformation, pioneer strategies for discipleship and prayer networks.
The Veil and Prayer Web Strategy
In these 50 days, 50 states, 50 years, we pray for Delaware to realign to God's purpose. Build a prayer web connecting all counties (New Castle, Kent, Sussex) into a national web — the only way to tear down the veil. The veil: deception of autonomy, secular education, media influence, hidden occult/New Age, broken family covenants covering people groups, youth, and state. Revival comes when the veil tears (2 Corinthians 3:16–18).

Spiritual Warfare and Prophetic Declarations
In the name of Jesus, according to Jeremiah 1:10, we uproot, pull down, destroy, and throw down every evil worship system, demonic altar, and ungodly covenant in Delaware and the United States. We come against every veil covering this state, its people groups, and the nation (Isaiah 25:7–8). We dethrone the gods of Delaware and call for God's judgment upon them (Exodus 12:12). We dismantle every evil altar (Deuteronomy 7:1–5).
We confuse, overthrow, and spiritually slaughter the evil priesthood operating in this state (1 Kings 18:40).
