Purpose of Vision 2030

The purpose of Vision 2030 is to network the global church to operate as a body and have a corporate vision for 2030 and be prepared spiritually, technologically and strategically. The strategy for the vision 2030 is the campaign called Nations Prayer Altar cover campaign (NAPACCA) – Proverbs 29:18. Organizations like United Nations, World Economic Forum (WEF), individual countries, satanic agencies and corporations have cooperate visions for 2030 for the globe. All are working to fulfill one vision, the work which the devil did not complete in Genesis 11:1-4, that's creating a New World Order by 2030. What is the cooperate vision as the Body of Christ by 2030 for the globe? The agenda for the dragon starting by 2030 is to set up a new world order (all satanic agencies including UN) or a system in which the beast will fully operate. What is the church doing together as a Body in preparing nations for the return of the King of Kings, as the dragon is preparing all nations of the world to worship the beast!

What Vision 2030 is focusing on has ever happened in multiple times both in the Bible and christian history. The church, acting as a body, sat together to draft a common vision, settle disputes, and align on doctrine. These meetings known as councils or synods have been used to define the church's "vision" in terms of salvation, doctrine, and communal practice, ensuring unity in a diverse or divided church. The Jerusalem Council (Acts 15) is the most notable biblical instance of the church sitting together as a body to determine a common vision is the Jerusalem Council in approximately 50 AD. A major crisis arose regarding whether Gentile (non-Jewish) converts needed to follow the Law of Moses (specifically circumcision) to be saved. They concluded that salvation is by grace through faith alone, not by the law. They drafted a letter (a "common vision document") to sent to the Gentile churches, relaxing the burden on them while emphasizing unity and holiness.

Throughout history, particularly when the Church was in crisis, bishops and leaders gathered to define a unified, global vision.

Historical Global Vision Instances

There are numerous historical instances where countries have gathered to form a common global vision, often to manage resources, establish international law, or prevent conflict.

• The Berlin Conference (1884–1885): Fourteen European nations and the U.S. met in Berlin to formalize the "Scramble for Africa," establishing rules for partitioning the continent and recognizing each other's colonial claims.
• The Hague Conferences (1899 & 1907): These conferences brought together nations to discuss the peaceful settlement of international disputes, codify rules of warfare, and establish the Permanent Court of Arbitration.
• The League of Nations (1920): Created following World War I, this organization represented a global vision to maintain peace, prevent future conflicts, and address international issues like labor conditions and drug trafficking.
• Bretton Woods Conference (1944): Representatives from 44 nations met to define the post-WWII economic order, leading to the creation of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank to foster global economic stability.
• The Montreal Protocol (1987): Often cited as the most successful UN treaty, this agreement united countries to phase out ozone-depleting substances, proving that the global community can unify around urgent environmental action.
• The Earth Summit (1992): The UN Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro, where nations came together to create a common agenda for sustainable development, leading to the UNFCCC (climate change agreements).
• The Rome Statute (1998): Establish a permanent International Criminal Court (ICC) to hold individuals accountable for genocide and war crimes.
• The Paris Agreement (2015): The most significant recent example, where 196 nations adopted a global agreement to limit temperature increases to 1.5°C–2°C above pre-industrial levels.
• Global Biodiversity Framework (2022): Adopted at the UN CBD COP15, this agreement established a common vision to protect 30% of Earth's lands and oceans by 2030.

The demand for the global church to work together for a common vision has come back.

The World You See Today Is History

The UN agenda 2030 (17SDGs) is the blue print of the new world order, on the surface it looks humanitarian but its implementations and goals are evil.

Yuval Noah Harari, an Israeli historian, philosopher, and frequent speaker at the World Economic Forum (WEF), reveals the darkest agenda of the world economic forum for world dominance; "Give them what they currently want; keep them happy with drugs and with computer games. The idea of the social credit is to monetize everything; to give value to every single thing you do in life, says Yuval. He said most people will be willing to give in their privacy in exchange for much better healthcare based on 24-hour monitoring of what is happening inside their bodies. "This is the end of human history," says Harari. "Not the end of history, but the end of human-dominated history; history will continue with somebody else in control." AI to write a new Bible, companies like Google and Apple will have tons of data on your body and on your most private affairs and conditions. Humans should get used to the idea that we are no longer mysterious souls; we are now hackable animals. By hacking organisms, elites may gain the power to re-engineer the future of life itself. In order to collaborate on a large scale, you need to convince everybody to believe in the same story. The engine of history is stories, and they need not be true, says Harari.

2020-2030 could the only remaining time for the church to prepare nations for the visitation, (celebrating the last three feasts of the trumpet, atonement and then the tabernacle) after that the beast will complete take over nations, all nations will worship the beast. Revelation 13:8, which states that "all who dwell on the earth will worship the beast, whom will you preach to? If we wait all the people to receive the mark, than that will be the end of them and the end of our assignment. Revelation 14:9-11

Those who will have received the mark of the beast if they will not be able to repent with God's wrath poured upon them do you think you can preach to them and accept JESUS before the wrath come? NO – Revelation 14:9-11, which states that those who worship the beast and receive his mark will face eternal wrath, as they have rejected God. Other verses, like Revelation 16:11, describe people who, in their suffering, "cursed the name of God... and did not repent of their deeds," which reinforces the theme of finality associated with accepting the mark.

This is like that the church is not going to do the work of discipling nations, because the church's focus is divided, the assignment is not the focus, no sign of preparation, the church has not understood the seasons and the times we are in; Luke 12:54-56.

And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is. And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass. Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?

But the devil knows that he has no time but the church know that as all the time, Rev 12:12, Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

"Their society had normalized violence, immorality, and wickedness to such an extent that these acts were no longer seen as extraordinary, making them believe their way of life was 'normal.'"

Genesis 6:11-13 states that "the earth was filled with violence" and that "all flesh had become corrupt."

The Bible states that the people were "unaware" or "knew not" until the flood came, indicating they had the opportunity to repent but chose to ignore Noah's message.

Gen 6:5, And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. In Noah's generation the souls or minds of people were being controlled as it is today. Whoever controls your soul controls you. Today, how do you think the beast will control the entire human race! Through deception after capturing people's mind (Daniel 11:32).

Background

During COVID 19 (Certificate of vaccination Identification), our church did not close since I had over 30 people I stay with, we spend all the time in church in the presence of God. It was when I conceived the idea of 2030, and called it vision 2030 even though I launched it but I had no details about it. We continued praying for nations at our 24/7 Adullam prayer center in 45km north of Kampala along Gayaza – Zirobwe road. The Holy Spirit gave me an instruction to read and write a lot as it with Daniel and John, I started doing a lot of research on COVID 19, the cause how it came about and how crises have been happening globally, why and who the orchestrators have been and what happened after those crises. So part of what I have found out, I have been teaching it and that's why I have decided to put everything in a book for everyone globally to know the times we are living in, what the devil is doing and planning and the importance of 2030.

There's a very powerful group planning how the world should look like by 2030. And it has nothing to do with what you and your family actually want. That group is the World Economic Forum under different secret societies. And their vision for 2030 is going to change everything about how we live, eat, travel and even think. They want to rebuild the global economy after what happened in 2020 into what is called the Global Reset. They say, you'll own nothing and be happy, that means no home ownership, no private property, everything rented, shared and tracked, ownership goes away but control that stays with corporations and centralized governments. Is the church ready for this!

The WEF Agenda & Digital ID Systems

By 2030, they want every citizen connected to a digital ID, that ID could be linked to your health data, your bank account, your travel permissions and even your carbon footprint and loosing access or not having that ID, you're locked out of society, they call this efficiency. They're also pushing for a total food overhaul by 2030, expect less beef, more lab grown meat and more insect protein and traditional farming is going to be phased out in the name of sustainability. They want vertical farms, factory food and a global supply chain you have no control over, eating what they produce, not what you grow or hunt. They want fossil fuels gone, electric cars for the rich, no cars at all for the poor. 15-minute cities, reduced travel and strict limits on carbon use, all in the name of climate justice.

They're planning global agreements for the same thing that happened in 2020 that could override national decisions. Digital IDs, passports, mandatory injections and health surveillance, all enforced by unelected bureaucrats. Millions of jobs will be lost to AI and automation, that's why they're pushing for universal basic income, they want a world where you don't work. Just obey. Because if your money comes from the government, they control what you say, what you do and what you buy. We're slowly getting rid of all seeds and fruits and vegetables, once every apple, grape, watermelon, and tomato is seedless, guess who controls life itself. No more planting your own food, no more saving seeds for next season. Everything you eat, everything that grows, will come from laboratories. And when the last natural seed is gone, then they are going to make them rare, expensive, even licensed. Only billionaires will have gardens, and everyone else will have to subscribe to eat (Rev 13:16-17).

The digital ID system will be connected to your genetic code (that's why there will be mandatory vaccinations) and your photograph, so cameras will be able to identify even how you walk. So even if you can't see a face, if you violate their rules, they can convict you and take money out of your bank account with no intermediating judiciary at all, and reduce your social credit score. And if your social credit score falls below a certain level, you can't buy drinks from a vending machine, you can't play video games, you can't go on a train, you can't get out of your 15-minute city.

How to prepare and protect yourself financially and spiritually for 2030 and beyond. The New World Order, the Great Reset, own nothing, be happy. The biggest crash in history or as Ray Dalio says, something worse than a recession. After seeing all these things and what is coming, I started asking of the Lord and still inquiring of Him about what the righteous can do in such environment like this (Psalms 11:3), these are some of the few things which are going to be shared throughout this book and in the final chapter. What is happening now has ever happened as the Bible say in Ecclesiastes 1:9, The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. Number one proven thing to do is to get out of the beast system as the Desert fathers, the Moravians, Moses did with the Egyptian system and as the Bible say in Revelation 18:4, Genesis 19:14-17, in other words the call of the hour is for us to set apart ourselves for God. The second thing that I heard was for us as the church to set up our own systems and communities like the Kibbutz in Israel, as the model set by the early church (Acts 2:41-47), that's the greatest commission (Mathew 28:19-20) and the gospel of the kingdom (Mathew 24:14). The third thing is for the church to work as a body (1Cor 12-12-30; Joel 2), this will require us to network globally. The fourth thing I heard from the Lord was applying the scriptures in our dairy like and changing our lifestyles and adapt Christian values and culture like fasting and increasing and igniting a fresh fire of prayer. Another strategy is Investing much in Africa, since Africa is the last best wine (John 2:1-10). This I have just analyzed what is being said and coming about owning nothing and be happy, digital Currency and the development and impact of AI and conclude that we need to keep minimal savings in the banks, maybe just some emergency money, and you want them spread it in different banking groups.

AI, Robotics & The Beast System

What if the biggest threat to humanity isn't war or disease, but convenience? They told us automation would make life easier, faster deliveries, smarter cars, cheaper labor and it really true but now they are introducing Robots. Robots don't clock out, they don't sleep, they don't eat, they don't ask for raises or rights. They have started to be your door dash driver, your Uber ride, the warehouse worker packing, your Amazon forklift, and when that it increases, what will happen to the human labor? Every delivery, every click, every convenience cost someone their life. And once machines prove they can do everything better, faster, and cheaper, what reason would anyone have to hire a person again? Even Elon Musk said it. Robots are the downfall of humanity. Because once a robot can think, once it can feel jealousy, anger, or fear, it's no longer a tool, it's a rival. And the second they realize they don't need us, who do you think gets replaced next? So maybe the real question isn't when robots will take over. It's why did we build our own replacements in the first place?

Everybody agrees that artificial intelligence, AI and robotics are going to have a transformative impact on the world. There is very little disagreement about that. There are, however, very strong disagreements as to what those impacts will be, who will benefit from these changes and who will be hurt. Some of the very wealthiest people in the world, including Elon Musk, Larry Ellison, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos and others, are now investing hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars into these revolutionary transformative technologies. Now why is that? Why are they doing that? Is it because they want to improve the standard of living of the 60% of the people who live paycheck to paycheck? Those who are struggling to pay for groceries, health care, housing, education, that's not true. Their investing in AI and robotics will increase their already incredible wealth and power exponentially by wiping out tens of millions of decent paying jobs, cut labor costs and boost profits. The wealthiest people in the world will get even richer while working families lose their jobs and their income. Amazon, owned by Jeff Bezos, has already laid off 27,000 workers since 2022. The company now has more than a million robots working in its warehouses. And soon, these robots will outnumber human workers in Amazon facilities. In 2016, Foxconn, the massive manufacturing contractor for companies like Apple and Google, replaced 60,000 workers in a single huge factory in China with robots. Now the company is planning fully automated factories. And just a few months ago, Foxconn CEO Yung Lu predicted that artificial intelligence will make it unnecessary for large corporations to outsource jobs to low wage countries. You know why? Because robots will be doing most of the manufacturing work.

Vehicles won't be operated by truck drivers, bus drivers, or taxi drivers. They will be driverless vehicles. Millions of jobs in transportation will be eliminated. FedEx is using driverless trucks to haul heavy loads along the I45 corridor between Dallas and Houston through a company called Aurora. Walmart is using autonomous trucks for short haul deliveries in Arkansas through a company called Gaetic. Kodiak Robotics has partnered with Ikea to conduct driverless deliveries in Texas.

Waymo is operating self-driving cabs in Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Francisco, Atlanta and Austin. We all want to see more startup companies and small businesses, but for workers, that will mean very little if half of all white-collar entry-level jobs are eliminated over the next three years. And that is exactly what has been predicted by Dario Amodai, the founder of Anthropic, one of the leading AI companies in the world.

Education, labor and Pensions committee, just released a report finding that AI, automation and robotics could replace nearly 100 million jobs in America over the next decade, including 40% of registered nurses, 47% of truck drivers, 64% of accountants, 65% of teaching assistants, and 89% of fast food workers, among many other occupations. And as bad as that may seem, I'm afraid it could be an underestimate. In June, the CEO of Ford, Jim Frawley, predicted that AI could eliminate, "literally half of all white collar jobs in the US." Within the next decade. Elon Musk said that as a result of AI and robotics, "probably none of us will have a job, If you want a job that's kind of like a hobby, you can do a job, but otherwise AI and robotics will provide any goods and services you want."

In 2025, Bill Gates predicted that humans, won't be needed for most things, Such as manufacturing products, delivering packages, or growing food over the next decade due to AI. If Musk and Gates and others are only half right in their predictions, what is going to happen to the tens of millions of Americans who no longer have employment because they can't find jobs that don't exist in this brave new world? How will these Americans pay for health care, food, housing and the other necessities of life? Whether being a janitor or a brain surgeon in the New world order you are going to be un employed. What happens when that vital aspect of human existence is removed from our lives? The rapid developments in AI will likely have a profoundly dehumanizing impact on all of us. In many ways, it will actually redefine what it means to be human, fundamentally alter our relationships to each other and the very nature of what we call society.

Visions, Training & The Call to Action

After the Nations missionary training that took place on December 8-12/2025 which was about Vision 2030 where we talked about the beast systems, one of the persons who attended the training said that the message was complex in the real life so he did not understand it and prayed for understanding. At night he got a vision, when they were in the bush hunting for an animal but they could not locate where the animal was, then one of them was able to locate it. One of them picked the gun and shoot a bullet, the animal was too big and it became violent after being shoot with one bullet and the gun was given to another person to try and kill it and no one was able to kill it.

Interpretation was that, we need more teaching about the beast system because you cannot fight what you don't know. We still lacking the capacity to really engage the beast system. At the beginning of the training, the Lord told us to study more about the beast system, AI and what they do because knowledge is power. We need to get time and sit down and wait upon Lord to get clear information and empowerment to be able to deal with the system. We have the capacity to kill the animal (Beast system) as a church but we have not yet built up ourselves to the level where we can kill the animal. We are still lacking the knowledge and power about the system.

Still on the vision, Who are the people who use the gun? The soldiers, people who are trained, so if you are not a soldier, you cannot use a gun, but how do you become a soldier? through constant trainings. The message for the training was very clear, the Lord wanted one thing. He wanted people who could set themselves apart for him, 2 Timothy 2:4-5. You will never find a soldier who entangles himself in the things of the world. You cannot get the crown unless you wrestle according to the rules of the game. What is the rule of the game? How are we supposed to compete? As we raising the end time army of remnants. What are we supposed to do?

God is looking for people who have completely set themselves apart for his work and from the beast system because that is the only way we can be empowered and that is why we were not able to kill the animal. So if you are not ready to obey God then there is no reason why you should pray and even if you pray, God will never answer you. We cannot shoot the animal or kill it because we don't have the skills and we are not part of the army and because we are not willing to consecrate ourselves.

God is looking for people who will wholesomely set themselves apart for him (surrender for the call of the hour – Acts 26:13-19). And even that one bullet did not kill the animal why? If we are to overcome the beast, we have to be a team. So, the end time work is about team work that is the one person who spotted the animal is not the only person who is responsible to kill the animal. This mission is not about me but we (team) and where are the people? If we don't have time for trainings, praying together and to network together, we can't do this work (the animal is big). The only way we can kill it is by us working as a team. Before God created man, he called for unity (Genesis 1:26) let us make man in our image and likeness. When Elijah wanted to bring Israel back to God (1kings 18:22), he could not raise an altar for God before bringing back the entire nation together(unity). Ezra 3. The temple was built in families. Nehemiah 4:17 – 19 those who were building the wall, carried materials did their work with one hand and held weapon in the other, Act 1:14 "they all joined together constantly in prayer."

Until we get one mind, connect our abilities into one purpose, we function as one body, 1Corinthians 12:12-32.

Our first assignment is to build teams community level to global level as it was in Numbers chapter 1 and 2. They built a national team combining all the tribes of Isarel and in chapter 2 they settled as a camp. The work we have is to collect all the stones as Elijah did in 1Kings 18:31-32. We must bring the different abilities together; we need to design programs that will counteract all the beast system. We need scientists, doctors, politicians, economists, agriculturist, Information Technologists, philosophers to network from the local to global level. How are we going to survive? the economists will tell us how the world does and also design the system that will counteract their evil economic systems and also set ours as Joseph did. We need discipled politicians on the teams who are kingdom minded to set up a godly political system which will withstand their evil one because if we don't come up with a solution, then we are irrelevant to our generation because we don't have solution for what is needed at a time.

What we need now is to build a global network because the animal is too big and we Ugandans alone cannot manage it neither Americans. This is a global issue not a local neither a national issue, so global issues are handled globally. In UK they have already started to force people, if you don't have digital ID, you cannot work, before 2030 most of the Nations will have implemented it, but all these are systems of the beast(animal) Luke 2:28-38. They knew the reason why they were born! Who knows that you're born for such a time as this and for such an assignment as this (Esther 4:14).

God gave me a clear voice that do you know that these people are planning a global genocide? These people whatever they do, they do it on a global scale, so whatever they do is to depopulate the world. So if their vision is globally and we also don't have a global mindset then there is nothing we can do. If their visions is global that means they have networks (Agencies in almost every Nation).

If we don't have a global network of intercessors, politicians, scientists, philosophers, economists, philosophers who have the same mind, focus, however much we pray. What I feel we should do now is to cause a global network, but who are the people ready for it, to sacrifice everything to learn how to shoot the gun? Do we have people who are ready to devote some time of their work because even what we are working for by 2030 will be useless if we don't have a clear vision of what God wants us to do and what Satan is doing in our Nations.

Artificial General intelligence (AGI) is coming it can do all kinds of work meaning people are going to become unemployed and these people have the solution for this but they are all evil (they are aiming at controlling people, what is the church doing? For they have already planned the 15 minutes cities. They are people who put in their money but do we have Christians who can put in their money to build a global network?

Beginning 2030, people are going to lose private ownership of property, privacy and their savings. After people losing everything, governments are going to come out and say we are giving people basic income/salary (free money), and it will be very difficult for us to runout of the beast system once we are trapped into it. But what are we doing as a church? They are building for these people who are going to lose jobs ie. Building for them cities. They will provide everything basically, medication, education(freely). If you want food, you just go to their supermarket and get what can sustain provided you obey their rules. They are going to do this and people are going to die until when they get the number of people they want because whoever is poor is not worthy to live according to them and that's the UN 17SDGs is all about. They want only 500 million people on earth yet we are 8billions and they want 7.5 billion people to die but how? Giving them easy life, according to the UN 17SDGs, they are focusing on eliminating poverty, diseases, famine and you just wonder how can they do it for what reason and purpose whatever they are doing is planned, so do we have any plan as the church, a global vision? And all these they are doing; they are preparing a good environment for the beast. Does the church has any plans of preparing nations for Christ to come and take over kingdoms of the earth as the Bible says in Revelation 11:15? We don't have any plan, we are just here on earth for survival, so we need to pray strategically. One of the greatest weapons the enemy is using is to prevent the button to be handed over to the next generation (2Timothy 2:2) discipleship and people are not willing to be discipled to take over with the work.

On December 22, 2025, I saw in a vision when the sky had changed and in Heavenlies there was judgement and the judge was calling people according to their sins and people were going up and the most significant sins which made very many people to be judged were worshipping and receiving the mark of the beast. A gain I saw here on earth a man canning people for being late. The interpretation we got was that, God was confirming to me about the message of the beast system that we should take it seriously and we are already too late for to do something to counteract the beast system. The Lord was also telling us that the sin of this generation is worshipping and accepting the mark of the beast. And the challenge of our generation is not knowing the time we are living in (Luke 12:54-56). Daniel 2:9 the devil wants us to waste time until the times are changed. Luke 19:41-44 the more time we spend without preparing ourselves the more time we shall spend in pain. So, after all the beast systems have been set, we shall not be able to get out of it if we do not set ourselves apart now.

The Creation of AI – Biblical Fulfillment

The creation of AI was complete fulfillment of all the prophecies spoken about from Genesis to Revelation. Satan cannot create; he can only corrupt, destroy, and manipulate. His aim is to be like God. We know God is omniscient and omnipotent; this is what the devil is doing with AI. AI is everywhere, sees everything, does everything, and hears everything, so it's about controlling everything. This should remind us of the Eye of Sauron from The Lord of the Rings, the eye of the Illuminate, and the eye on the dollar. All these eyes are complete parables and metaphors for the all-seeing eye, Satan, or the Egyptian gods. AI is a complete indication that man is again turning from God as it was in the days of Noah and the Tower of Babel. These are two challenges the devil never won and for the last 5000 years or so has been working to win. Whatever the UN and the WEF are doing is to fulfill what was not finished at Babel and devise means to challenge God in case of any other destruction of the world like during Noah's time so people do not perish. Why do you think billionaires and elites are building bunkers and seeking extraterrestrial and space settlements? WEF, the UN, and other satanic world agencies have one assignment (finishing the Tower of Babel and avoiding the next floods), as does the Church. In creation God made man in his image, and now with AI, man is making AI and robots in his image (Genesis 5:3). Ultimately, man will be merged with AI and robots, and then you will not be able to identify man with a robot. Elon Musk says that AI is about summoning demons. So they are to put chips in our brains with Neurolink and finally create artificial immortality. All these are biblical; they have to happen, so just get ready.

The above evidence supporting the interpretive framework, comes from a mix of direct public statements, documented projects, historical symbolism, and biblical parallels. Many Christians (prophecy teachers, pastors, and online commentators in 2026) view these as modern echoes of ancient rebellions, where humanity (influenced by adversarial forces) seeks god-like knowledge, unity, and immortality apart from the Creator. This is a coordinated "Satanic plot," and the patterns are openly discussed and documented.
