Who We Are – NAPACCA

A global prayer Movement for birthing destinies of nations.

WHO WE ARE: NAPACCA is a global prayer Movement for birthing destinies of nations.

We believe that through discipling strategic teams in all spheres of our nations; unceasing prayer focused on the purposes of God for our lives, families, communities, nations and continents; and laying technical and spiritual strategies, God's kingdom will be fully established in nations (Rev 11:5; Ps. 139:15-16; Matthew 24:14).

By raising continuous prayer altars (1 Thes 5:17; Lev 6:9-13; Luke 18:1-8) and teams in all spheres across the globe we are preparing the soil for a global revival and reformation that must first have to happen before Christ comes back.

Introduction to NAPACCA

Definition

It's a global prayer campaign (a midwifery role to help nations birth their destinies) that is aimed at taking back individuals, nations, systems, and everything to the original plan of God. Acts 17:26, John 15:5.

Purpose

To see every individual, system, and nation aligned back to the original plan of God. Psalms 139:15-16, Jeremiah 1:5.

Vision

Thy Kingdom come and thy will be done in Nations as it is in Heaven (Matthew 6:9-10).

Mission

To be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth and to subdue it. Gen 1:28.

Slogan

The fire starts with me to ignite nations. Acts 17:26–27.

Prayer

Consume me, occupy me, and reign in me until I witness unto you. (Acts 1:8)

NAPACCA Assignment

The assignment of this generation is the assignment of NAPACCA.

From 1992 to 2020, the assignment was turning Africa into an altar (Isaiah 19:19). From 2022 to 2025 the assignment is to take the fire of prayer to nations (missionary work). A missionary is a person who is ignited to ignite others.

NAPACCA Greeting: Is the Holy Spirit reigning? Are you still witnessing? Every generation has its own greetings.

NAPACCA Target: To see by 2030 every nation of the world to have at least 2 African prayer missionaries. (African DNA). Africa can't be fulfilled when we have not gone to the nations of the world; we need to go out and prepare nations to enter into their destinies. Matthew 28:19.

NAPACCA Message and Assignment to Nations

  1. Telling nations like America who they are, what they are supposed to do, and how they are supposed to do it (focus on the destiny).
  2. Teach Nations the kingdom culture (discipling nations into what they are and what they are supposed to do).
  3. Build the teams (Number 1).
  4. Raising altars into a net of prayer.
  5. Prepare Nations for a worldwide Revival from 2030 to 2050.
  6. Align nations to the original purpose of God (discipling a nation is revealing the genuine identity of that nation).

Description of the Training

(Nations need the message and the fire: Training for Destinies)

  • It is on who you are (identity/destiny), what we are supposed to do, and how we are to do it.
  • It's based on seeking / knowing the heart of God for nations.
  • The life and work of a missionary.
  • Training for Destinies.
  • The message and the fire—breakthrough prayer.
  • Christian values and culture.
  • Dealing with the worship systems (altars).
  • Manifestation of Revelation 5:12 and Isaiah 2:2.

Background of NAPACCA

The Nations Prayer Altar Cover Campaign (NAPACCA VISION 2030) started when God asked us several questions:

  • God is working, and the devil is working, but what is the church doing?
  • We have talked so much on the calling of the nations, but what are we doing to fulfill it?
  • We talk about the second coming of our king Jesus. What are we doing to manifest that we believe what we say?
  • What are some of the prophecies that are being fulfilled in our days? We had no answers and continued to seek until He gave us this strategy called NAPACCA.

Objectives of NAPACCA

  1. To raise the nations or continental/global end-time army (teams) for the end-time mission (1 Kings 18:30-32; Judges 21:1-3; Numbers 1:4, 43-46; 1 Corinthians 12:12-26; Matthew 9:38).
  2. To build a net of prayer upon a nation or a continent or the globe for a prayer cover that draws the presence of God upon the land. (Hab 2:14; 1 Samuel 19:18-24; Gen 8:20).
  3. Helping nations into the process of their destinies / aligning to the original purposes of God or entering into their redemptive purposes/gifts.
  4. To awaken the Church to take up or influence the 7 mountains. (Isaiah 2:2-3; Genesis 1:28; Revelation 17:9).
  5. Prepare nations for another global revival (2030-2052).

PRINCIPLE: Start with one at every level but with the vision of the whole nation, subregion, district, subcounty, parish, village, or family/ province / state / nation / continent. (Ezekiel 22:30; Matthew 9:37-38; John 1:35-45; 4:28-30)

METHOD: Recruit – Disciple – Send: If every year one disciple makes 12, what will happen after 10 years? The whole nation becomes an altar, and everyone in your locality a missionary.

N.B.:

  • People in the same location have the same destiny and challenges; that's why they need to pray together.
  • At every level, the purpose is for you to get ignited and ignite others into their destiny.

Categories of People God Is Preparing to Use

The ANNAs

(Luke 2:25-38) – Intercessors

The PAULs

(Acts 13:1-3) – Missionaries

The JOANAs

(the financiers of the ministry—Luke 8:3)

The INSTRUCTORS

(those that can teach—2 Tim 2:2) – Timothy

The JOSHUAs

God is looking for two (2) things: COMMITMENT and REPRESENTATION (like the Parliament that legislates). Invest in people that will become "agents" of change.

What's NAPACCA – Vision 2030

It's made up of the words "Nations," "Prayer Altar," "Prayer Cover," and "Campaign," as explained below.

Why Nations

  • Every nation has an assignment/redemptive purpose/gift (Ps 39:4; Prov 16:4).
  • The Great Commission is about discipling nations (Matthew 28:19-20).
  • God's vision is to be fulfilled in nations (Rev 11:15).
  • Nations are going to be separated as goat or sheep nations when Jesus comes back (Matthew 25:31-32). Not churches.
  • We are to stand before God in our tribes, languages, and nations, not in our churches (Rev 7:9-15). Churches are just agents of the kingdom of God to prepare nations for Jesus.
  • You get your inheritance (blessing and destiny) from your nation (Deut 32:8; Jer 29:7-11).
  • People adapt the character of their nations. People cannot change unless you change the nation.
  • When we look at the people from Africa, the assignment God gave us is not the same as that He gave to the Americans, Europeans, or Asians. That's why we have different weaknesses and strengths because of the different assignments before God.

Prayer Altars

Why prayer altars? God has a plan for every nation, and that plan cannot be fulfilled without the presence of God, and the presence of God is attracted at the altar. You cannot fulfill what God has called you to by minimizing Him (prayer). This was the strategy God gave to Noah to covenant the world back to God (Gen 8:20), and Abraham and his descendants did to take over the nation of Canaan (Gen 12:7-8; 13:18; 22:9).

Prayer Cover

It means that since the destiny of a nation is not on an individual, a particular church, tribe, or denomination, the whole and entire nation must be covered with the presence of God through connected altars into one altar. (Gen 13:17; Hab 2:14; 3:3; Numbers 14:21; Psalms 72:19, 33:5; Eph 4:10; 1:3; Isaiah 11:9; 1 Samuel 19:19-23). Has the Spirit of God first filled up a person to work in you? So do our nations; we want to see the entire globe filled with the presence of God. Even the devil cannot take over a community when he has not filled it with his presence (Isaiah 25:7-8). In the physical world, the army cannot say that they have taken over a territory unless their armies have occupied the land. God commanded us to fill the earth, subdue it, and occupy it (Gen 1:28; Luke 19:13).

Campaign

What is the campaign? It is to create an awareness of who that nation is and what they are supposed to do and how they are supposed to do it (Joel 2:1; Romans 10:14; Acts 1:8; Jonah 3:2-7). Much of the money in big companies is spent on advertising; people cannot buy or vote for what they do not know. God had to first create and raise him, fill him with the spirit in his mother's womb, and make him a voice just to introduce Jesus, and after that he immediately died (John 1:15-23). Nobody lights a lamp and puts it under the bed (Matthew 5:14-16). You have to launch a campaign across your land telling people that this is what we are as Ugandans, Africans, Americans, Europeans, Asians, our tribe, our nation, or our continent, and this is what we are supposed to do and how to do it. That's the gospel of the Kingdom that takes nations back to focus on the plans of God for their nation (Matthew 28:19-20; 24:14); this will finally prepare nations for Christ's kingship of all nations (Rev 11:15).
