William is the NAPACCA Team Leader and vision bearer, a missionary, and a revivalist leader. He teaches extensively on national transformation, focusing on revival, altars, and God's purposes for nations and people through a dedicated prayer campaign.
My Calling
I am a prayer missionary to America and an intercessor from Uganda, serving as a revivalist leader with a passion for igniting national transformation through prayer, discipleship, and missions. With over 20 years of ministry experience, I have mentored leaders, conducted national prayer campaigns, and trained missionaries in Africa and now in America. God gave me a vision to build a center focused on revival, prayer, and mission training in Uganda. This vision led to the establishment of Adullam Prayer Center, which now also includes Adullam Educational Center, a school dedicated to serving vulnerable and orphaned children from our community.

Deputy National Prayer Leader for the National Fellowship of Born Again Pentecostal Churches (NFBPC) in Uganda, playing a vital role in national prayer campaigns aimed at spiritual renewal.
Team Leader for the Nations Prayer Altar Cover Campaign (NAPACCA), mobilizing both national and global prayer efforts to ignite revivalist leadership across communities.
Overseer of over 100 churches through apostolic mentorship and network building, fostering unity and strength in the movement.
What We Do
Train believers in prayer as part of a broader national transformation initiative, focusing on missions and revival. Run a Christian school dedicated to children from poor and at-risk families, providing them with spiritual discipleship, food, and education for over 200 children. Host a prayer campaign, missions training, community outreaches, and maintain a 24/7 prayer watchtower. Organize conferences, crusades, and tours led by a revivalist leader.
MY VISION

We believe Uganda is not just a mission field but also a mission force for national transformation. Our desire is to finish the great commission through a prayer campaign focused on education, as we prepare young people spiritually and academically to become revivalist leaders who can transform their communities and reach the nations.
