William is the NAPACCA Team Leader and vision bearer a Missionary, revivalist, leader. He teaches more on revival, altars and God's purposes upon Nations and People.
My Calling
I am a prayer missionary to America and intercessor from Uganda. An apostolic leader with a passion for igniting national transformation through prayer, discipleship, and missions. I have served in ministry for over 20 years, mentoring leaders, conducting national prayer campaigns, and training missionaries in Africa and now America. God gave me a vision to build a center of revival, prayer, and mission training in Uganda. This vision birthed Adullam Prayer Center, which now also houses Adullam Educational Center a school serving vulnerable and orphaned children from our community.

Run a Christian school for children from poor and at-risk families
